Peak
Performance Briefings...
How
to Super Charge Your Leadership
and Team
Development!
In
today’s modern corporate culture, personal skills have
become more important than the hard, technical skills for many leaders
and managers at all levels of business. As one client recently told
us, "We
tend to hire people based on technical skills but most often see them
getting into trouble -- and even fired because of their
interpersonal and leadership skills."
Peak Performance Briefings
(PPBs) are
an in depth executive coaching and team development process that utilizes state of the
art behavioral and motivational assessments along with the expertise
of a professional behavioral analyst.
PPBs are designed to provide individuals information that is vital to their greater achievement and
success in an organization. This session can be described as a method
of debriefing your natural behavior and motivation in a chosen
environment. PPBs
also
provide the flexibility of being adaptable for use with all members in
an organization.
Executive
Peak Performance Briefing
The
Executive Peak Performance Briefing has
proven to be a powerful tool that is highly beneficial in an
individual’s personal development process. In this 2-hour
facilitated session you will have the opportunity to understand
yourself better in three areas:
-
How you
act.
-
Why you
are motivated to act.
-
The impact
of your actions on your peers and the people you lead.
Upon completion of the session, you will be
equipped with an in depth understanding of yourself and the
perceptions others have of you. You’ll also
have essential
information for developing a personal action plan for increased
effectiveness. The
Executive
Peak Performance Briefing
is a must for anyone desiring personal and professional growth.
Peak
Performance Triad Briefing
If the executive team is not solid in its purpose
and relationship, the
organization will not be solid. After an
executive's team members have completed their own
Peak Performance Briefing each is brought
together with his/her supervisor
for the Peak
Performance Triad Briefing. In the Triad session a professional behavioral
analyst/coach works with the two participants to facilitate
communications between the two parties. Upon completion of the
session, both participants will have significant information
concerning the most effective
method for communicating, motivating,
and working with the other participant in the session.
Companies who have had training on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, by Dr. Stephen Covey, have
found the Peak
Performance Briefings to be the
perfect fulfillment of “Seek
first to understand, then to be understood” and “Think
win/win.” By understanding how a person acts and why, you have
the information to pursue a win/win scenario.
