Taking Your Assessment

Taking your assessment online is easy and quick. Simply follow the steps outlined below.

1. Click the Take Assessment button below on this page.

2. Type in your Response Link when prompted to do so.

3. Follow the instructions for taking the assessment.

4. A copy of your completed report will be sent to you via e-mail.

5. Contact Catalyst Performance Systems after you have read your
   assessment and a time will be scheduled for a review to explain the results.
